Depending on your timing, schedule, specific location and season, we give you the option to train in one of three different North Carolina areas which include Concord, Charlotte, and Harrisburg. With this in mind:

We train indoors at our Harrisburg location as a last option due to weather conditions, etc.

Yes. If you would like to host a private class for your group or corporation, this can easily be set up. Our training programs are fully mobile. We will show up with all needed gear and training equipment. Send us a message to explore training opportunities or set up your own training session. Yes. We do train children, generally with the parents or guardians present and involved in the sessions. Previous clients with children have reported that being involved in their training sessions was a great bonding experience. The parents were able to learn techniques for their own personal safety and were also able to practice with their child outside of our private self-defense training sessions.
No prior experience is needed. Prior experience is a benefit, but not a requirement. We customize and personalize your training, so you start at the appropriate level and move at a comfortable and safe pace that is unique to you or your group. Our instructors are experienced and proficient teaching clients and students that have no prior self-defense or martial arts experience. We are also experience and proficient in training clients with military, law enforcement and martial arts backgrounds. We pride ourselves in the ability to customize and personalize training sessions for each client or group that hires us.
Training costs are variable. Since we customize and personalize our training packages, pricing will vary accordingly. In your contact email, please include the type and amount of training you are most interested in, how many participants are in your group, and the describe the specific type of training and tactics you are most interested in learning.
