2. Dragun Defense only accepts booked appointments only.
   No walk-in customers or clients are accepted at this time.
    

3. All scheduled conversations, consultations, meetings, training, and classes must be agreed according to Dragun Defense terms and then booked by appointment only.
    

4. During normal business hours, we respond to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response. We respond to emails quickly, but there may be some delays.
    

5. All custom sales are final, there are NO returns on custom orders.
    

6. Lead times are estimates and subject to change due to high pending order volumes. How long is the lead time? The amount of time it will take us to manufacture your order after you have paid for it is referred to as the lead time. We make every effort to arrive on time or early. The length of time a shipping service has your item is not included in the lead time.
    

7. Retail products are available for review through our website online.
    

8. You may make certain purchases before, during and after work hours. Dragun Defense accepts orders online but reserves the right to reject certain orders whether in part or in whole.
    

9. By making purchases on our website, you agree that you are at least 21 years of age and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site and/or authorize the ability to make a purchase.

12. Products ordered on DragunDefense.com are paid via credit card and processed through our online payment gateway. By purchasing a product on DragunDefense.com you agree to your credit card company’s terms and conditions.
     

13. When your order is received and your payment has been processed, your order will be processed, and your product will be shipped.
     

14. Prices on our website are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify products or discontinue models without notice.

16. In the event a purchase is not funded from the purchaser’s credit card, the order will be placed on hold and/or canceled.
     

17. Other than the product price, some products do have shipping charges. All charges are indicated prior to checkout.

In the event that a Dragun Defense product is mistakenly identified or incorrectly listed on our website due to a typographical error, Dragun Defense reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for such products. Orders on such products will be refunded to the credit card used to purchase the product.
     

19. All prices published on the website are in U.S. Dollars and are Free On Board “FOB” from the manufacturer located at 8554 Twickenham Ter, Harrisburg, NC 28075
     

20. Dragun Defense is not responsible for packages lost by shipping service.

22. Lifetime memberships are non-refundable
     

23. Membership terms and included content or services are subject to change without notice.
     

24. Dragun Defense memberships will automatically renew based on the selected term. Dragun Defense must be notified 30 days prior to your next billing date to cancel your membership. Notification inside this 30-day window will result in an automatic renewal of your non-refundable membership.
