Fitness Workouts

Your body is the most valuable asset you have; why not maintain, optimize, and maximize it for longevity! TTP Fitness workouts are full-body routines, especially if you don't have time!
​
Instead of your traditional 1-hour commitment, TTP Fitness incorporates high-intensity interval training, or HIIT, for an effective workout in about half the time.
You’ll work up a sweat fast, working at a very intense level and then backing off for a slower recovery period, followed by another round of high intensity.

Program Highlights

Enjoy a complete workout that combines aerobic and strength (resistance) training.

Work harder than typical cardio workouts but in 30 sec to 3-minute spurts.

Your body will burn calories for about 2 hours after you exercise.
